Domestic and International orders will be shipped by the option you select from the shipping area during checkout.

Delivery:
Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. If there is a reason we cannot ship your item(s) within 24 to 48 hours, we will notify you by email with an expected shipment date. Customized orders may take slightly longer to process. Shipping charges and terms are subject to change without notice.

Sales Tax:
GwenMedia is located in California. As such, we are required by law to collect sales tax for deliveries within California.

Return Policy:
We understand that you may not always be completely satisfied with your purchase, and in some instances may need to return a product to us. The following is our policies with respect to returns as well as instructions on how to return a product to us.

We have a 30 day return policy, subject to the following conditions: Sealed merchandise may be returned for an exchange or store credit, and defective product will be replaced with the same title purchased. Unfortunately, with the technology available to archive dvd's to your computer, once you open and watch a film, even if you don't like it, we can't take it back.
